To access them, simply choose the relevant version required (IE or Firefox) and follow the easy on-screen instructions... it takes just a few seconds to complete.

Information about the IO Toolbar and IO Login Manager
The IndependentOwners.com Toolbar provides you with a secure login to your website management area making navigation, editing and updating information quick and easy. It also has quick links to some great tools to help you with your day-to-day browsing, a visitor counter so you can keep any eye on how popular your website is, and it also alerts you when a rental enquiry has been made about your property. At the same time your IO Login Manager will install which will place an IO logo in the system tray of your PC and allow you access to your Central Management Area with just one click.
To install the latest versions of the IO Toolbar and IO Login Manager, simply click the green 'Download' button above. Choose the Internet Explorer version if you are using a PC and the Firefox version if you use this browser on your PC or Mac. Follow the easy on-screen instructions... it takes just a few seconds to complete.

Special Instructions – IO Toolbar
Once you have your new IndependentOwners.com Toolbar at the top of your Internet browser screen, you may need to re-activate it. Your very first step is to click directly onto the Tool ICON on the left and type in your chosen domain name for your property website, your email address and chosen password. This personalises the Toolbar so that you can gain direct access to your IndependentOwners.com website from the key icon!

NOTE: If you are unable to see your IndependentOwners.com Toolbar once installed, please close and re-open your Internet... right-click on `View` at the top of your screen, choose `Toolbars` and then ensure there is a tick against the IndependentOwners.com option. For more problem solving please refer to the Toolbar Help Guide below.

Special Instructions
Once you have your new IO Login Manager icon appearing in the system tray of your computer you will need to activate it.
Simply right click on the IO icon in the system tray and choose ‘Edit’. Enter the email address you registered with together with your chosen password and click ‘Save’. This now means that to access your Central Management Area all you need to do is to click the icon.
In addition you will find that your IO Login Manager will alert you to enquiries that come through your website by ‘bouncing’ to attract your attention and, if activated, any tasks set in your My Rental Admin area.
